Excellent! Highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for a quick bite or an amazing cup of coffee. We had the granola bowls and a couple latte coffees and they were perfect. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great to be able to support a small business and even better when they do a great job. Thanks!

During our last visit to San Luis Obispo, we stayed in Pismo Beach and dropped by Steaming Bean for coffee and breakfast. It was busy but the service was excellent and although we had to wait for a short while for the food, it was also excellent. I loved the back patio and we sat out there for a while enjoying the morning. A highlight for me was seeing a Sunbeam Tiger pull into the parking lot below but the girls weren’t as impressed. They were impressed with the coffee and fun accessories for sale inside. We are definitely coming back here the next time we visit the area. Michael Delehanty Compass Real Estate

Awesome matcha lattes! Honestly, maybe the best I've ever had. Tasty sandwiches (local sourdough is outstanding!). Great place to relax, hang out, or do some computer work. Thank you again

A fresh new look and expanded space is a welcome vibe for this locally-owned coffee place and delicious eats. Lots of coffee and beverage selections along with a breakfast menu. The patio in back is a nice addition too. A great place for a quick business meetup or some online homework that is quiet and mellow music.

Exploring the area and found this gem! The Pistachio latte and white mocha were delicious! We loved the outdoor seating. Great vibes inside and outside, a gem of a place! Excited to come back and try their breakfast :)

I really liked the Steaming Bean, and was pleasantly surprised by a coffe shop that was busy but didn’t seem stressed out. They were friendly staff, hard working and although the it was busy and the wait was a little long, the outcome exceeded my expectations- best breakfast burrito I’ve had Ina long time and the red eye was the best cup of coffee I’ve had lately and I am a coffee snob. I wanna go biuy their beans now. You should try it!

The breakfast sandwiches are SOO bomb. Tip: ask for it in a croissant and you will get one of the best breakfast sandwiches in the area! Also, the Chunky Monkey smoothie... I crave it all the time. I never thought of this combination before but it's sooooo rich! Anyhow, just come try it!
